Please if you’re purchase my products outside the United States, you must take in account and know the taxes or cost that your country for imports, Since if this were the case, these expenses will be at your expense.
Shipments
“SOY YO LLC” we will NOT ship any product until we have verified that payment has been made.
The cost and delivery date of the product is established according to terms and conditions of our main shipping provider.
This shipping cost will be reflected in your invoice separately at the time of making your payment.
Orders by Christmas Season
Given the intense traffic that is created during the Christmas period, there may be delays in the delivery times specified by our shipping service provider.
Our Recommendation to receive your product and/or products before Christmas we suggest that you place your order one month in advance and in this way avoid any delay or inconvenience.

When you receive your order:
Please check that the number of packages correspond to what is specified in the attached document, that the packing is intact and those not present damage or alterations. In the event that any of these conditions are not met, it is necessary to make an immediate claim to the transport company and to our company. And ask them to sign the claim document.
This procedure is necessary to so that the transport company is responsible for any damage that may have been cause during transport.
